How does the booking system work?

A tandem skydive (1 takeoff) usually takes 2 hours in total.
In the calendar, you can select the time of day/time interval when you would like to come and book the slot within it. 3 days before the date of the jump (when the take-off/plane schedule is final), we will send you the exact arrival time by e-mail, to let you know what time the tandem passengers need to be at the airport at the skydiving location. The arrival time will be within the time of day you have previously selected and booked – thus avoiding unnecessary waiting on the spot.

We will also send you the most important information about how to prepare for the jump (clothing, footwear, food and drink, etc.)

If you find that the email has not arrived, please also check your Spam and Promotions folder, as it may be there by mistake. If you can’t find it in these folders either, contact us by phone or e-mail and we will help you!

Choose when you would like to jump, click on the appropriate part of the day (time interval) within the selected date!

By default, you can choose from 3 time intervals:

  • morning: 8:45-12:15 h
  • mid-day: 11:00-16:00 h
  • late afternoon: 14:30-19:00 h

On a given day, a time interval is visible only if there is free slot available.

We will also email you an exact arrival time 3 days before the date of the jump, to let you know what time the tandem passenger needs to be at the airport within the chosen time of day (time interval).

From here, everything works like in a webshop. The product/service page appears, where you can select the appropriate package and add it to the cart.

You can check the content of the cart by clicking on the “View Cart” button or the small cart icon in the menu. If everything is suitable, click on the “Checkout” or “Go to the checkout” button.

On the Checkout page, enter your billing information and the following details for the tandem passenger:

  • name
  • age
  • height in cm
  • weight in kg
  • t-shirt size
  • spoken language

then click “Continue to payment” and enter the required information for credit card payment.

After payment, do not close the screen immediately, wait for your booking details to appear automatically.

The confirmation and the receipt / invoice will be sent automatically by e-mail. If you find that your emails have not arrived, please also check your Spam and Promotions folder, as they may be there by mistake. If you can’t find them in these folders either, contact us by phone or e-mail and we will help you!

In case of big group (from 5 people) bookings, we will send a unique link which you can use to make a booking for more people.

To do this, please send us an e-mail about the date, the number of people and the packages you are interested in!

CHOOSE A DATE AND TIME OF THE DAY!

3 days before the date of the jump, we will also send you an exact arrival time (within the selected time of day)

In the calendar, the available slots for the current and next month are visible and can be booked.
